If I could give County TV & Appliance negative stars I would. What a runaround I got from this place. Ordered thousands of dollars worth of appliances for my major renovation and had nothing but problems. After putting down half for the deposit, which was not chump change, ended up getting multiple "that's not available any longer or we don't know when that's available or that appliance has been discontinued" all at the time of delivery. I was stunned that my sales person would not have alerted me to these issues much earlier as I had been in to choose (and pay half) many months earlier. I had to go back to the drawing board on so many items it wasn't even funny. The salesperson seriously didn't seem to care at all and it was I who had to scramble to figure out replacements. I will NEVER EVER EVER shop here again. These problems delayed my renovation in a big way. Shop someplace else if you want good and reliable service.

We have had only great experiences at County Appliance. The sales people are friendly and knowledgeable.  They weren't pushy or busy trying to get us to upgrade.  They gave us the information that we needed in order to make an informed purchase.  They also have great sales!! The appliances we purchased (on two separate occasions) were also delivered and installed by professional contractors.  The contractor that installed our dishwasher was nice enough to help us lock our fridge into place.  Overall, we highly recommend County Appliance.

Very punctual. 2 very nice delivery men took out the old Kenmore washing machine from our basement and installed the new one for us. They also removed our old GE dishwasher and a serviceman came with them and he installed and hooked up the new one. Apparently there was no electrical box, just taped wires on the old installation. He corrected that for us.

I was very impressed starting with the sales staff in the store. She was very well informed on all the appliances. The delivery men were very polite and quick and the installer was very knowledgeable. We were delighted with everything.

We discussed the purchase of a major appliance with a salesperson at County TV and Appliance. The product required installation that the store could not perform. They could not give us a price range of the installation cost. We made it clear to the salesperson that we would not purchase the product with the install price being open ended. They recommended an installer that would visit our house to provide an estimate, and asked for a $200 deposit in the meantime to freeze the price of the product. The salesperson and the cashier both stated independently that if we did not want to proceed, the deposit would be refunded. The installer visited our home and quoted us a price that was significantly more than we were willing to pay. So we called the original salesperson back to get a refund of our deposit. He informed us that the store already ordered the product, would not return our deposit, and would charge us an approximately $500 restocking fee to return the item.

We dealt with Sean Rosen and thought he was great. Sean knows each make and model and why each fit our needs the best. I thought these store would be more expensive than the big box guys, but that was not the case - we saved hundreds here. Also, the sales rep from the big store could not compare the features and benefits of the different makes of appliances that we were interested in. We will definitely come back here.

Very well. We were pleased with the ease, speed and professionalism of everyone we dealt with, from the salesman on the phone to the deliveryman/installer.

Country's is very good when it comes to appliance sales. They know what they are talking about and if you are looking to purchase higher end appliances like me, this is the place to go. I have bought numerous things from them in the past and I always walk away feeling content and satisfied.

The people at the service desk who helped us plan the installation were very courteous and professional. The men that came out to install the unit were also this way.

JACK WAS GREAT WORKING WITH US. HE TOOK THE TIME TO SHOW US THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SYSTEMS AND HELPED US MAKE THE FINAL DECISION ON OUR PURCHASE. HE THEN HOOKED US UP WITH INSTALLATION GUYS!

SHOPPING AT COUNTY TV AND APPLIANCE IS ALWAYS A PLEASURE. WHEN I NEEDED A NEW WASHER AND DRYER RECENTLY, AL RIVOLI HELP MY WIFE AND I PICK OUT THE PROPER UNIT FOR OUR NEEDS. THEY ARE GREAT.

I PLACED A SERVICE CALL INTO COUNTY APPLIANCE WHERE I ORIGINALLY PURCHASED THE STOVE. THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT AND RESPONDED QUICKLY AND THE STOVE WAS REPAIRED IN A TIMELY MANNER.

IT WORKED OUT VERY WELL. THE TIME WAS VERY SUFFICIENT, WHILE HE WAS BEING VERY CAREFUL ABOUT IT. I RECEIVED GREAT QUALITY ON THE TV. I KEPT IT TILL I MOVED FROM THAT HOUSE.
