At Complete Designs, fine gardens and landscapes, we’re in the business of helping our clients enjoy their outdoor spaces to the fullest extent which means that we make caring for and maintaining every aspect of their property our business. As a full service company with over 15 years of experience and a highly trained team of craftsmen, we can design, install, and maintain your gardens and landscape so you don’t have to. Building our relationship with each of our clients is important to us; we like to work one-on-one to create the landscape program that delivers the results you expect within a budget you can afford We take care of your property as if it’s our own.

Original plantings went well. However, 5 to 7 of the plants didn't survive the first season. We agree that I would pay for the replacement plants, and Complete Designs would provide the labor. However, despite many, many requests for replacement, services were never provided. (I have copies of emails backing up my claim).

When we do we offer to do whatever we can to make it right. As small companies grow there can be honest over sights. Our desire is to make everyone happy. Unfortunately things like this can happen. We are just as upset as you are at this particular over sight. We can hear your frustration and again, things like this don't often happen however, when they do we try to make it right. You haven't responded to our repeated attempts to contact you to resolve this matter. We stand ready to find a resolution with you."

Like what I would imagine ideal plastic surgery would be (though I have no personal experience with that.) Susan and her crew gave everything a perfectly natural look - exactly what we were hoping for. She knows what she's doing and does it well. I recommend Complete Designs completely.

Our experience was positive from start to finish--we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Complete Designs LLC. We even will be calling them back soon about more work.
The services Susan and her crew provided may seem straight-forward, but our property had been long neglected (probably over a decade) so it was a decent-sized undertaking in reality. During the first call and the onsite consultation, Susan took her time in understanding our needs and scope of the work. That effort in the beginning made for a smooth process right to the end. When it came to the job, Susan, the foreman, and crew were all hardworking and eager to please. Susan even followed up with me after completing the work to ensure the Complete Designs team had met our expectations--we were very pleased with the result.
In short, Susan was prompt to responding by phone, email, and texts; professional and friendly in each exchange; attentive to our questions and forthcoming with information; and most importantly punctual and honored her commitment.

Susan who owns Complete Designs is a wonderful person! I knew right away when I met her that she really knows plants well. If she is working with plants she's not familiar with, she researches them and finds out how to plant and care for them. This company is definitely not the cheapest, but you are paying for quality. When you spend over $6000 on plants, you want someone who knows what they are doing to install them. She and her army of installers came to my house and quickly transformed my front yard into a garden of eden! They are very polite and friendly. Susan spent extra time explaining how I should care for my plants. I'm a novice with plants, so this was very helpful. Many of my neighbors have been commenting on how beautiful the yard looks and asking about the company I used. I have another small garden bed that will need to be redone and I will be using Complete Designs for the work. Another bonus is that they are actually licensed and insured. I interviewed at least 6 companies and only one other was licensed. Call them!!

The owner of Complete Designs, Susan Haynes, was informative, professional, and made us feel very comfortable with the evaluation she provided for our landscaping needs. As it turned out we've decided not to go ahead with the work, at this time, but would definitely consider her company for our future landscaping needs.

We are very pleased with our garden. It is slightly smaller and not so overwhelming. The other spots in our yard have been tended to as well and the flowers that were planted looked beautiful this spring, specifically the daffodils and the tulips, which incidentally was all we planted.
Because this in an ongoing process we have continued to keep in touch with Susan and she has offered more suggestions for this coming season.

Susan, unlike others I had interviewed, came with a positive attitude and good ideas. Our yard was in pretty bad shape and other landscapers did not want to take the job. She evaluate the job and came back with a reasonable price and date to do the work. She and her team did the work on time and on budget. Could not be happier.

Susan Haynes, the owner of the firm, was a delight to work with. She listened to my ideas and requirements while allowing my creativity to blossom as she guided my choices with her vast professional knowledge and expertise. She custom designed the flower bed using innovative technology which made the design process more interactive and personal. She worked with me to formulate my requirements and provided me with workable ideas that optimized my space.
She also addressed and helped me to figure out some of the most common troubling landscaping dilemmas such as shade/sun issues and low-maintenance and deer-proof selections of plants while still incorporating color.

Susan was there each day for some time -
There was NO MESS at all. I really like that. I did not
feel like I was in a war zone - at the end of each day, everything
was neat and clean - driveway washed off, steps swept,
leaves and debris blown and cleaned. That is a really big plus.
The price was more than other companies I spoke with.
I got nice plants, exactly the varieties I chose with
no effort to sell me something easier for them to find.
There was a contract. I was asked for a 50% deposit for
plants. I paid the remainder at the end of the job. I have a
guarantee on my shrubs for 1 year. Perennials are not
guaranteed which is customary.

now - hardly any weeds, edges still nice, and shrubs grown in
