He noticed the mistakes that the last contractor did, he's professional, clean, he has several license in plumbing and heating, I can't recommend him more highly, top notch, his pricing was fair, left the place clean, did the work well, on time and I will use him again. Chris replaced a leaking shower drain, fixed a running toilet and installed a new sink faucet and popup drain assembly. His rates are reasonable, he was on time, and did a nice job. He was also very helpful in answering questions about some other plumbing work that I need to do in the future. I highly recommend Chris and Comfort Masters and will call him again.

After interviewing five potential candidates for performing plumbing work in my 50-year old house remodeling, I decided to go with the Comfort Masters. Chris made me feel comfortable (no wonder, his company's name is Comfort Masters!) and at ease from the moment he entered my house to assess a scope of work. Chris is genial, pleasant, good mannered, patient, professional. He explained me everything in details and all those details were laid out in an organized and thorough fashion. Chris came up with the most simple, ingenious, efficient and cost effective solution for a complex issue of relocating waste piping in the soffit in my kitchen, so I was able to completely eliminate soffits around my kitchen. He made me feel confident in the success of the project laying ahead. Next day I got a detailed, professionally completed and very reasonably priced proposal. It was an easy decision to make. Chris showed up at 8:00 AM sharp on the day we scheduled beginning of work and was extremely punctual through out the project - no delays, phone calls, etc. Chris' virtues are: - outstanding work ethics - punctuality - always on time - professionalism - deep knowledge of the subject - responsiveness - if not available, quickly acknowledges received message specifying the time when he will return the call or message. Once I had a question and send a message late Saturday evening - got immediate and detailed reply! - reasonably priced - good mannered, pleasant, extremely easy to work with - neat and clean - makes one confident in the project success - A+ for the quality of work and project execution. I wish other contractors had 50% of the above. From the all contractors we are working with on our house remodeling, Chris is by far my wife's favorite :-)

He was extremely professional and friendly, worked with us on the price and beat the price from the oil company with a bigger water heater. He also dealt with us having a contractor repairing damage in the same area at the same time without issue. Communication was fantastic and since we were moving in at the end of the week he worked hard to ensure we'd have heat and hot water from the new boiler by the time we moved in, even calling someone in to help him finish up for us so it would get done in time. He's gonna be our go to plumber for issues in the new place from now on.

Great service! Very responsive, this guy should be the standard with how all sub-contractors work - giving his profession a good name! The price was a bit high BUT given the responsiveness and communication before and after the job, I think you pay for quality. There was ZERO stress working with this plumber. You should do some pluming work just so you can see how awesome it can be. But seriously, timely, respectful, and called/emailed what was going on, good service.

We woke up to find we had no hot water. When we went down to the basement, we found the water heater had leaked most of its contents all over our basement. We immediately began cleanup and called Comfort Masters. Soon after Chris arrived and determined a new water heater was necessary. Within the next hour, the water heater was disconnected and removed. Only an hour later, Chris returned with a replacement water heater and had it installed soon after. What started as a day where we were concerned about a huge cost and days without hot water got resolved quickly for less than we thought. Chris and Comfort Masters made this possible.
