Estimate was given. Details were agreed upon. Job was awarded. When I confirmed the day for installation, I was told a specific day and time. When that day and time passed, I inquired and was told it would be the NEXT day. . .and then the NEXT day. . .and then the NEXT day. . .until nearly a MONTH later, they stopped returning my calls and just plain ignored me. I've used them in the past with great results, this time they totally blew me off and destroyed any chance of me using them again -- or recommending them to anyone. What a shame, times are tough -- vendors should be grateful for the business, no?
Description of Work: Simple outdoor signage for a local doctor's office. Nothing complicated or unusual.
