At Cava, we pride ourselves on our ability to help clients determine which storage solution is best for them. Each collector presents their own set of priorities and our job is to ensure all criteria are met whether the final product is a simple storage solution or a complete custom installation. cellar that I had had built a year and a half earlier by another
contractor. It turned out that the original contractor did not
understand how important it was to properly install a vapor barrier and
condensation had been building up inside the ceiling and walls and mold
was beginning to form.
Chris came up with a plan that allowed us
to keep 2,000 bottles in place in racks while he eliminated the mold,
fixed the vapor barrier and re-insulated the space...largely by removing
the outside walls and working inward. This was no easy feat. It
became very apparent to us that you want to hire someone who knows what
they're doing when building a wine cellar. Chris can be relied upon as
skilled craftsman who will show up on time and do a great job.
