I REALLY ENJOY DEALING WITH CAMERA WHOLESALERS. THE SALES PEOPLE REALLY KNOW THEIR PRODUCT AND CAN EXPLAIN IT TO YOU IN TERMS THAT YOU CAN UNDERSTAND. THEY CAN SOLVE MANY PROBLEMS OVER THE PHONE OR WITH A QUICK VISIT. I RENTED A 400MM ZOOM LENS AND THE SALES HELP WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING. EVENTUALLY I DID BUY THE LENS. ITS GREAT.
Description of Work: I PURCHASED A 35MM CANON CAMERA FROM CAMERA WHOLESALERS AND WHEN I STARTED TO HAVE PROBLEMS I WENT BACK TO THE STORE. THE SALES HELP WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN TRYING TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM. I COULD NOT LOCATE MY WARRANTY AND THE SALES REP SEARCHED THROUGH MANY WARRANTIES AND FOUND MINE SO THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY FOR ANY WORK DONE. THE CAMERA WENT OUT FOR REPAIR AND WAS RETURNED IN A TIMELY MANNER.
