+ -1 moreTHEY WERE NOT PUNCTUAL, BUT THEY DID COMPLETE THEIR TASK FAST. HOWEVER, I HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH THE CHANNEL GUIDE IN PARTICULAR AND HAD TO CALL THEM FOR ASSISTANCE.
Description of Work: THE COMPANY OF CAME INTO OUR HOUSE AND INSTALLED I/O DIGITAL CABLE.

+ -1 moreTHE PERSON THAT CAME, TOOK A WHILE TO GET HIS JOB DONE AND AFTER HE LEFT, THE DAY AFTER WE REALIZED THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE SYSTEM. WE HAD TO CALL BACK AND WAIT BY THE PHONE SO THAT AN ASSISTANT COULD HELP US FIGURE THE PROBLEM OUT.
