Anytime I have an issue, he's right over. He'll give you a reasonable quote too. He can do heating and plumbing

Matt was very cooperative and understood the urgency of the situation, We were not known clients, I found him on Angies list. All the other plummers we tired weren't responsive. We were traveling from out of state and it went so smooth and quickly. In addition to the value he offered to do a quick run of the heat and plumbing to make sure there wasn't anything else that needed work, to avoid another trip which he knew was hard for me.

Matt was great. He was responsive when contact was first made, good followup while faucet was ordered and came same to install once it arrived. Installation was quick and no more leaks.

Very well. Mat was timely, very professional and extremely diligent in his work. Everything is working great in the month or so that he's completed the project. I would use Mat, and will be using Mat, for future projects.

Matt called back when he promised he would. He was able to replace the pipe quickly and the price was reasonable. What set him apart was he called us later to suggest how we might avoid the problem in the future.

He responded to the message I left on his machine that evening and was able to come my home the following afternoon. He did call to tell me he was going to be a bit late, but did show up within 30 minutes of the originally scheduled time. He worked very efficiently and was able to obtain a quality replacement part and complete the whole job within about an hour. He even fixed a leaky toilet he heard while he was working on the sink. The whole job including parts was under $400. I am very happy with it.

Matt is owner/operator and handles everything. He is prompt, courteous and tidy. Prices are reasonable. C.R. Keane Plumbing is fully licensed and insured. My condo complex requires proof of license and insurance before any work can be performed.

We were moving into a condo from our home and needed the work Mat did to be done before the painters and floor people could begin their work. As we were putting our house on the market we were interested in having the work done in a timely manner, Mat said he would take care of it and he did.
Before we retired, and were working, Mat always worked us in considering our work schedule, a very appreciated aspect with a busy schedule.

I have used CR Keane multiple times over many years in a home I used to own, and even more recently in the home in which I currently live. I can state without any reservations that Matt is extremely capable, very professional, very reasonable and totally responsive. I would not hesitate to call him for any plumbing problem - large or small. The last time I called, the problem turned out not to be related to plumbing - but he had come out and done a full inspection of the problem - and did not charge anything for his time!

Matt has done small plumbing jobs in my house over the years. When I wanted to get a bathroom totally redone, I asked him for a quote along with 2 others. He pulled the whole project together in a timely manner and was always on top of what needed to be done next. Everyone he brought in was prompt, courteous, and professional. I love the results and would definitely use him again.
