Mr. Broughton, who happens to live on our road, saw our yard and came over to see if we needed someone to do the work. He came the next day and helped clear a path for us to get in and out. He met with myself and the insurance adjuster to discuss the home repairs to make an estimate which was very reasonable. He started work right away, and was always on time and followed through on every detail. He is professional, easy to get along with, and true to his word. His repairs are high quality and very thorough. He gathered his crew who were equally as easy to deal with. They were all kind, respectful, and worked together very well. Bob is a good leader, and worked as hard, or harder, beside his crew to do the work flawlessly and promptly. He always made sure that his areas were cleaned up nicely. We were looking for tree estimates as he was working on the house. We were still undecided, and Bob bid on the job. He had the best price, and, not surprisingly, pulled his crew together and started work on the trees the next day. He has been extremely efficient and hard working. We can't say enough about the quality of his work, his reasonable prices, his honesty and dependability. He asked only for a small deposit to start, and patiently waited until the insurance check arrived (which was in about 10 days). He not only did an excellent job on everything, but he was so easy to get along with, and that made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. In these times it's rare find a company like Broughton Builders who stand by their word and can be depended on to work with efficiency, high quality, and reasonable prices. We highly recommend this company and will definitely call them again if needed.
