I called Bob on Friday and he said he'd be there by noon on Saturday. Bob and his son Rob arrived about 11. He removed the old, rusty and leaky tank and replaced it with a new and better quality tank and some new valves and other related bits (which he explained but have since fallen out of my head). Our hot water is nice and hot and no morse leaks. I have used Boucher plumbing since 2000. Bob is great - always on time, very efficient and gets the job done right the first time! I highly recommend Boucher plumbing.

I called Bob senior, and he and his son Rob came out the next day as promised. I wanted to use a different brand of water heater than he recommended, and he had no problem at all with complying with my wishes.Being that there's no "man of the house," I felt that he and his son treated me with respect, and answered all of my questions thoroughly.Since I live in a single level condominium, he recommended installing an emergency shut-off valve on the water heater with an alarm. This added $500 to the total cost (noted above) but it was well worth the extra money in trade off of having peace of mind.I would use Boucher Plumbing and Heating again, without hesitation.

Bob and Rob were punctual, matter-of-fact, kept me informed, didn't sugar-coat or exaggerate the situation and did the job in the course of a few hours. They even did a quick fix to a leaky toilet tank before riding off into the sunset. Overall very happy with the service.

Several other plumbers had looked at the situation over a period of months and said they couldn't figure out what was wrong. The Bob and Rob (Bob's son) show came and completed the work exactly when they said they would come, cleaned up after themselves, and explained exactly what they were doing every step of the way. The Bouchers are a rare breed in today's service world.

They came on time with the necessary tubing, removed the entire length of the existing pipe from the kitchen, down through the crawlspace, to the source, drilled a larger hole to accommodate the new pipe, installed and tested it, and then cleaned up after themselves. They were done in a couple of hours. Both were friendly and professional.

They installed some pumps for me, repaired my new bathroom and fixed things when any plumbing went wrong, unclogged blocked drains that I couldn't fix, installed a new shower, replaced the sewage pump and installed a washing machine. I have known them from the last 20 years. They are dependable and always show up on time. They return calls and that is something you sometimes don't get with other companies. I haven't looked into comparing his company to others because I like his work a lot and am happy with his service.
