After the spring thaw I had my carpenter start work on the pergola. He found that the footings were not square. They were also an inch higher than expected. Bojadzic Construction had poured them in a parallelogram rather than a square rectangle. They were off one foot.
I contacted Jeff Bojadzic to rectify the footings but he did not do anything. I had to have someone else extend the footings on one side another foot
I asked Jeff to refund $900, approximately half of what I paid him. He has not responded to phone calls, texts and emails. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. He also did not respond to that.
Properly aligned footings is a basic task for a company that does masonry. I will not use Bojadzic Construction/Masonry again. They do not stand by their work.
Bojadzic Construction/Masonry has an F with the Better Business Bureau.
