 + 0 moreI signed a contract with Betts Snow on December 4, 2017, cosigned by the company on December 6, 2017. Snow was removed or treated with salt on December 9, 13, 15 30 and January 3, 4, and 8. A snow storm occurred on January 16 and the company failed to remove or treat any accumulated snow. As a result, the parking lot is full of ice and treacherous to walk and/or drive on. I repeatedly tried to contact the company through phone calls, emails and texts and did not receive any response. Finally on Thursday, January 18, I was informed by their sales representative that Betts was terminating the contract for snow removal at my property. I have been placed in the untenable position of having to find another snow removal company in the middle of winter when most companies are committed to other customers. Betts treatment of me is totally unprofessional and I do not recommend that anyone use their services as they do not honor their contractual commitments.
Description of Work: Betts Snow, Inc. was contracted by me to remove snow from December 2017 through April 2018.
