End repair result - great! Getting there - too longer than it should have done. After getting car towed to get fixed and phoning to let them know it was coming and it would not be covered by insurance, nothing happened for a week. Upon following up they said they were wondering why the car was there. That lost us over a week, which ultimately meant we didnt have it back on time to use on vacation (it is a convertible). Very disappointing. Other than that things went smoothly.

There was damage to my car on the right front part of the car, including the door from a hit and run accident by a box truck. Angelo's did the estimate and worked with my insurance company. When I dropped off the car, they had someone drive me home which I really appreciated. I was supposed to pick the car up after four days, but there was a big snow storm that set them back a day. Overall, I was very pleased with the work. I only had the deductible from my insurance to pay. The damaged area was fully repaired, and the passenger side door no longer made that horrendous squeal when opening and closing it. The wheel alignment was also corrected. On top of the repairs, my car was cleaned inside and out. This made me very happy.

I went in for an estimate and I accepted . They scheduled me for a week later. Kept the car two days - as they had informed me. Office, work area very neat. Sometimes hard to get an appointment as soon as you would like. Everything runs like clockwork. Pleased with the finished work. I would go there again.

Horrible!! My repair took longer than promised, it was returned
painted the wrong color, I had to contact them MANY times to finally get it
fixed, then they charged me EVEN MORE TO CORRECT! There are still things broken
such as; front right fender, it comes loose and now the right front light
getting is getting water, wiper fluid spouts broken during repair and replaced
with a model that shoots right over roof. Right taillight broken by Angelo’s
during first repair, after second repair they claimed it was fixed but no, it
still hangs out because they never replaced the anchor. I have tried to get
this sorted out, even saw him (and quot;Angeloand quot;) in the tanning salon, which
initiated contact by him stating he would fix everything outstanding and then
never replied to my emails or calls. SO CAR STILL NOT BACK TO THE ORIGINAL
CONDITION! Angelo’s auto repair is the worst possible place to ever take your
car....stay away. GIECO guy stationed there also worthless!

I have had lots of cars in there. I have been going there for 30 years now. They are very honest. If they are busy, they will tell you that they cannot take you until whatever. If they can then they will do everything that they can to accommodate you. I think that they are honest with their estimates. They are looking to be fair. They take care of all the arrangements with the insurance company. They make arrangements to the rent-a-car for you. They send you this information upfront where you fill up this little thing of how to reach you, how often would you like them to communicate with you and would you like it on a phone call or on email. The most important thing is that every time that we have had anything repaired there, we have never had to say goodbye.

They do things 100%. Like if they say they guarantee their work, they do good work. I like the work that they do and their service. It's good.

They were competent and their prices were fair. I can trust what they tell me about my car. I like everything about them.

Angelo's was very professional and did a fantastic job on the repair. My car is leased, and I was somewhat concerned with the outcome, but it looks as if nothing ever happened. My main concern was the amount of time to get the work done. I had to wait about a month after receiving the estimate before they could take it into the shop. Also, they were somewhat inflexible with my schedule when I needed to pick up the car. But not a really big deal considering the work. I would recommend Angelo's.

i shopped several auto body repair shops in Stamford. angelo's provided the best quote on the spot with a good estimate on time to fix my repairs. The estimate to fix was 6 days, which I thought was a little long, but Angelo was firm when I questioned the timing. I dropped the car off, and was able to pay and collect the car on time with no hassles. They were courteous and professional throughout, and their work was really exquisite!

We last went there at least seven years ago. They were very responsive and very good. I think they do a lot of Volvo work. I don't remember having any problems with them.

I had a very good experience with them. Their availability was fine and I didn’t have any problems. If need be, then I would use their services in the future.

They took the car in fast on the appointment. I got short clear updates by email on request. The car was delayed because Audi did tool a long time to deliver the parts. The job was finished with excellent quality and the service was professional all along.

They were absolutely amazing. I had an accident and the other party gave me a list of places they would back. They told me that if I take my vehicle to one of those places they would guarantee the work and I chose Angelo's auto body shop. Their insurance company told this to them. They were excellent. It took a while for them to finish the work. I guess that kind of work takes time. I would recommend them to anybody who would want to get some auto body work done.

I brought it to them, a little nervous about entrusting my sports car to the insurance company's body shop. They were very nice and completed the work on time. Two minor problems: 1) a part of the new bumper assembly was scraped. (They ordered a new one immediately and replaced it) and 2) the new turn signal was loose and had to be snapped into place (which I did). I was satisfied with the work and the service in the end since they stood behind their work. I've recommended them to friends.
