A Horror Show! Note that most of the other reviews are over 10 years old. The first time you call, they're polite, and come right out to measure your driveway, providing an estimate/bid in a couple of days. Once they have your deposit, however, that's it. If you try to call you go to voicemail: "If you're calling during normal business hours, I'm helping another customer" - Every time - unless you call from a different phone, at which point they pick up. If you ask when the job will be done, they will only give you the month, not even early or late. I got through using a different number, only to be informed that the price had gone up substantially, due to the cost of asphalt - and may rise further by the time they get to you. When the month arrives, they still don't return calls, and you can't reach them until they give you a couple of days' notice (but of course, no time). They rip up your old driveway, but can't pave for another week or so. And on that day, rain (not their fault) causes another postponement. Then, things seemed to run smoothly, and they did a nice-looking job. Until the next rain, when you notice that there are several large puddles near the house. You manage to get through using an alternate number (and follow-up email), bringing to their attention that you haven't sent in the final payment. The boss makes a site visit, and states that the puddles don't meet his criteria for puddles (I guess you can't drown in one) and refuses to fix. If you use these guys, you'll need to do something about their poor grading ability causing stagnant puddles. Maybe there's a book: "Raising Mosquitos for Fun and Profit." Currently, I'm looking for another paving company to remedy the situation; I'll deduct their charges from my final payment. Hope I won't have to redo the upper 1/4 of the driveway. Bottom line: Avoid these guys.

Excellent! they were extremely communicative. ALWAYS picked up our calls. (and i call LOTS about every little thing.) they came when they said they would. finished when they said they would. they did lots of extras in order to make the driveway look even nicer. they helped with moving large rocks to areas that were helpful to me. the crew was courteous and helpful. i have recommended them to friends already -- and will continue to do so. i am a tough customer and was very pleased with the entire experience.

THEY WERE JUST GREAT. THEY CAME WHEN WE CALLED THEM TO COME. WE PRICED IT OUT WITH OTHER PEOPLE. THEY WERE PATIENT WITH US. THEY GOT THE JOB AND SAID THEY WOULD COME IN A WEEK AND A HALF. THE SITE WAS CLEAN WHEN THEY LEFT.
