All County Sewer & Drain Services, LLC

Contacted the provider, advised them of the emergency and urgency of the situation, (Day after the Thanksgiving Holiday) They agreed to send a service man as soon as possible. Provider arrived within an hour of the call. Service man advised of situation, and shown the "cleanout" located in a tight location in the basement, but accessible. Service man wanted to remove a toilet and snake the line from a finished basement bathroom. I insisted that he snake it from the cleanout location to avoid a more time consuming process as well as a big cleanup afterwards.
 Service man was able to snake the sewer line from the cleanout and resolve the issue. Service man suggested that I add an additional cleanout to the sewer line outside the residence and to have the sewer line video inspected. A service that they could provide. He also wanted to know if I wanted to have a smaller waste line, from the kitchen sink/laundry and which feeds into the sewer line, snaked as well as he was already on site. Those lines were not causing any issues at the time, so were not touched. The price was quoted prior to the start of the job, but was subject to the time spent on site. The price seemed a bit excessive, but due to the emergency nature of the call and the quick response of the provider, it was accepted.

They are a good team.  They guys are personable and professional.  They have the necessary equipment to do the job and they seem to know their craft.  Their price may seem a bit high compared to others in the area.  But in hindsight I would have saved money if I had called them first.  (I tried another sewer and drainage company before I heard about All County, and they charged me $250 for the trip, and worked about 20 minutes, then threw their hands up and said it was out of their scope of duty.  So this was wasted $$$)  With All County, though their initial price is more at $350, they worked from both sides of the problem until they found a potential resolution, and they worked though the final steps until my problem is now ultimately resolved and my drainage system is free and clear.  This is their first review on Angie's List.  Now maybe other people can save money by calling them first.
