The guys at ADJ went to extreme lengths to get my a/c back in operation despite being overwhelmed with customers during the season's first heat wave! They were able to find time to fit my job into the schedule and the technician came out promptly, as promised. The unit was re-charged and there were no further problems.

Initially, their technicians were not schooled to handle Carrier equipment because they deal mostly with Trane equipment. The problem was with the air handler motor and the techs couldn't figure out if the motor had one or two parts until they spoke directly to Carrier. They had to do some in-service training, which they say they will not charge me for. So, it took a little longer than expected, but not a problem in the end because the problem was fixed within a day. It took a few calls back and forth but handled in a professional and responsive way. I was quoted somewhere between $1,100 and $1,200 and expect the final bill shortly.

They do a nice job, polite and efficient. However I received a bill for taping up some duct insulation. Service Tech did not note on delivery ticket the filter were supplied by me. Make sure ask about additional charges.

I contacted several companies for estimates to replace my broken heat pump. ADJ offered a great price and researched the best option for my unit, getting me a high efficiency unit which allowed for tax rebates. They arrived on time and completed the work in a professional manner. The work team was very friendly and knowledgeable. They cleaned everything up afterwards, and overall, I am very satisfied with this company and service.

THEY WERE FINE. THEY GAVE ME A GOOD PRICE. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN OBVIOUSLY. THEY JUST DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO. WE WANTED TO GET RID OF THE INDIVIDUAL WINDOW AC SO WE DECIDED TO DO THIS. IT WAS EXPENSIVE BUT IT IS A ONE TIME COST.

THIS COMPANY WAS RECOMMENDED BY A FRIEND AND WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE QUICK SERVICE RECEIVED. THEY replaced THE STARTER IN OUR SYSTEM (that was 13 YEARS OLD), PUT FREON IN THE SYSTEM, ETC. WE NOW PLAN ON USING THIS FIRM TO DO AN ANNUAL SERVICE TO OUR SYSTEM.
