Gary tries to meet all of his customers' needs during sudden heat waves. I once asked him to help a neighbor whose AC stopped working while her home was on the market. Her large service company was too busy. Gary called her and asked her to check a switch in her stairwell. A real estate agent had turned off the wrong switch. The problem was solved for free without waiting.
