He did an excellent job. He answered all my questions and explained all he was doing. He even gave me his cell phone to call if I needed. I would highly recommend him and I would definitely hire him again.

They were terrible. They overcharged me for the parts and when it did not work right, they said I should replace the whole unit. I called another company who fixed it and charged me close to nothing. I would never hire them again.

I sent an email requesting assistance on Sunday early afternoon and I received a response almost immediately and I was offered to have a technician come out within a few hours. I scheduled it for Monday afternoon and Barry was my tech and he arrived early. He called to ask if he could come early. He diagnosed the issue immediately and explained the options. He performed the work and kept me informed on the progress. He was very professional and polite and clearly knew what he was doing. He cleaned up the area and double checked everything to be sure all was in order. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely use them again.

Terrific. Spoke w Jacob learned about the door opener he uses and Barry came 2 days later to install. Procedure was flawless and quick and tech was knowledgeable and polite.Would have liked it more if tech helped set up the app and wifi for me because its next to impossible but overall install and product were very good. Thank you 24 H garage door.

Jacob of 24H is amazing! He does excellent work using the best materials and his prices are reasonable. And he really cares.He stands by his work and always follows through. He communicates well and comes on time. He also explains everything! Very rare these days!!!!
