I have been going to Fetzer Tire for several years and have never been disappointed.  I always feel they do outstanding work at a reasonable price and are very professional and courteous in every way - including their mechanics.  
I recently had a flat fixed and 4-wheel alignment.  As I'm paying the bill I casually mentioned my automatic door lock was busted.  I was hoping they could refer me to someone who could repair it?  They took the door apart and spent a good 20 minutes on it then told me it required parts they didn't have.  They suggested that I bring it to the dealer because there could be another way to resolve it.  Time is money, so I offered to pay for the diagnosis.  Howie refused to charge me anything. They're easy to work with and easy to come back to for more services when needed.

They are very good; they are absolutely the top. It is all around a great company.

Always great, always courteous, scrupulously honest, prompt, professional. They are my only place for tires. They have referred me to other vendors for autobody work and the referral was gold. I really like Fetzer Tire. And I love Nokian. I got rid of the Pirelli's and Michelins. Nokians are the only tire I will use on my wife's car or my daughters car.

Howie Fetzer was extremely helpful and very nice. I will definitely use their services again.

Two reasons why my father and I have been going to Fetzer since 1973: Old-school honesty, and competence. We trust them completely, and they've earned that. Many times they've sent me away without charge, either because my car didn't need what I thought it needed, or because the repair was minor. Unlike so many others, they're not out to sell you what you don't need. Their goal is to make your car safe and reliable, and they back that up with know-how. They're totally on top of their game. Also, much of the same staff has been in place as long as I can remember. For brakes, suspension, exhaust, and tires, I wouldn't dare go anywhere else.
