I called at 11am he was there at 12pm.  He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and quick.  Dryer is working beautifully now.  We were very pleased and will use Carroll Appliance Service again.

My dryer has worked like new ever since Cliff Carroll fixed it. Just like everything else he has fixed in my house! He has kept my 25+ yrs Maytag washer running with a few minor repairs and I do mean minor and inexpensive as far as washer repairs are concerned. He has also repaired my dishwasher. Mr. Carroll has been a gift. He is ethical, honest, professional and the best appliance repairman I have encountered in my 68 years! If he tells you he can fix it - he can. If he tells you it needs to be replaced - it does. Lastly, once he does the repair, it's repaired. You will not see him again until there is a different problem or a flood, fire, earthquake or something else that damages your appliance!  I first heard about Mr. Carroll from a co-worker many years ago and I have  thanked  her in my heart every time he has shown up here.

Cliff Carroll is an excellent independent appliance repair man.  He is professional and honest.  And that is tough to find these days!  I have used him to repair just about every appliance in my home over the years.  He has worked on my oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer.  He is never out for the buck and always does good work fast and for a very reasonable price.  He often takes the time to show me what he did so I can potentially resolve issues on my own.  I have recommended him to others who have been just as satisfied as me.  I highly recommend Cliff to anyone who wants a very good and honest repair man.  Who wouldn't?

The honesty of this company impressed me. I was glad they didnt try and tell me something was wrong if it wasnt. I have a high opinion of them for that reason. I will call them for my appliance needs in the future.
