They are wonderful.  I have a special circumstance that I couldn’t put my garbage on the road.  They were the only company that was willing to come out to my house and find a solution to help me.  We found a solution.  They walk up to my house and they carry it down because I am not at home and I can't put it on the street as it blocks the road.  I pay $10 every three months but it is worth the price.  They are very thorough.  They address any issue that I have.  They apologize if I call their office if they hadn’t come.  They will send someone immediately that day.

They have been reliable. I've been with them for 12 years. They leave the canister right side up (I've see other company's can's on their side after pickup). Also, when we've had our kid's birthday parties, or Christmas time with many boxes to throw out, I've had additional bag(s) outside of the canister. They've always taken everything. Finally, on quite a few occasions, I've had bigger items to be picked up. Sometimes I've called ahead of pickup, sometimes not. They've always taken what I've left out. They are locally owned, and I appreciate their good service over the years.
