The owner Gary bid the job. It would have been $900 more for the electrical, but I had a family member do it who was a licensed electrician.
The job started on a Monday and was supposed to end on a Friday. They arrived at
8 am and left around 4:30, and depending on the day there were 2 to 4 workers. The house is 2800 sq ft, and it was a hot week in May so they finished the job on Saturday.
They got all of the vents and returns in as agreed.
Sav Mor had to rebalance 2 rooms by August because the dampers were letting to much cold air into the rooms. After this adjustment the system was fine.
We made an appointment to have the A/C started the person could not come because the other job took 3 hours longer, I had to call them then they called me back. We have had to make another appointment for a week later. They are GREAT at installation but only passable at service. BUT they did such a good job on the heat and I hope as good on the A/C that I won't go looking for someone else. I will just get used to the ok service.
