 + -1 moreThe experience with Pilgrim Furniture City was good. They were patient because it took us forever to pick out a couch. We've only had it for a week but so far, so good. I recommend you go when they have sales! The responsiveness was good - as soon as we walked in a lady talked to us and showed us where to go. This is our third couch from them.
Description of Work: I bought a new couch from Pilgrim Furniture City.

 + -1 moreI give them an F rating because the stuff just falls apart. They did return the first set so I give them an A and the girl that returned the furniture was very professional but I didn't like anyone else there, I would never go there again and wouldn't tell people about it.
Description of Work: I used Pilgrim Furniture City and I think the piece of furniture is a piece of crap. It hasn't even been a year and we just hate the furniture. I had actually returned a set and we are not happy with the other set. It was a sectional.

 + -1 moreMade several trips to this store to look for furniture. Ended up working with a salesman named Mike O'Brien. This guy was so patient with us it was unbelievable. When we finally decided what we wanted they had everything in stock. We were able to pick up everything ourselves right at the store. Their prices are the best around. Highly recommend this store for furniture purchases. Thanks Mike for being so nice!
