The installation was done as scheduled and on time. During the winter of 2013, 2 post sections of the vinyl fencing pulled out of the ground which caused the side slats to come apart. After calling Paragon numerous times, they came and did a band aid job. The quick fix lasted until winter of 2014 when the posts came out again. After many calls they scheduled a time to come and check out the fence. They did not show up and I made several further calls without getting a reply. I finally convinced another company to come and make a repair for me which cost approx. $800. They did not want to repair another company's poor quality job in case other parts of the fence failed after the fix but when they saw my fence they felt sorry for me and did the job. The company that did the repair was Durham Fence and I would recommend them highly.

I worked with Bill at Paragon. They installed the fence in July of 2013 and that week we had a severe hot streak with days over 100 degrees but the workers came as scheduled and did the installation. My yard is rocky and has some water runoff issues so 2 of the posts heaved with the frost in the winter of 2013/2014. When I called Bill he got right back to me and we agreed to wait until spring so he could see it better. He did a quick fix as early as weather allowed in the spring. Unfortunately I had the same problem during the winter of 2014/2015 and I called Bill again. I made several calls in May 2015 and he has given 2 separate times when he would come to look at the issue but I am still waiting for him to come over. My review grades are based on my current situation and I would have given higher grades if there was a better response with the current problem. I will update this review if he does come over.

UPDATE 6/22/15- I called Bill 1 last time the week of 6/15/15 and got his voicemail again. I left a message that I was hoping he would honor his commitment to come over to view my issue. I told him I would wait until Monday 6/22 before I gave up on him and called another fence company. He never returned my call.

The job was well done. Initial follow-up from Paragon Fence was a bit spotty, and the installation occurred later than I would have liked as a result of that, but I can't complain about the fence itself of how the work was done. They came in and installed the fence in a single day, as promised.

The job went very well from the first contact via the company's website, www.ctfence.com which includes an option to "request a quote." Response time was within the promised 24 hours (granted I could have just called them at any one of their number toll free (800)860-3153 / fax (860) 256-8179 / Hartford (860) 256-8974 | (860) 256-8285 / Greenwich (203) 493-3790 / New Haven (203) 816-8591). We had someone out to measure a fence atop our stone wall within a few days, and were told two weeks lead time. After some shopping around, we felt most comftorable with Paragon Fence (despite the fact they were NOT the cheapest) and gave them the green light. Exactly two weeks later they had a professional crew show up and begin installation. The fence made all the difference on our property and I was completely satisfied with the end result.
