We have had a wonderful experience with KCO. A year after initiating planning a remodel of a kitchen and two bathrooms with two different kitchen cabinet suppliers (one very upscale, one middle scale), we were pointed to KCO by friends who used them as they built a new house in Branford. Brian Vance was fabulous to work with. Hugely knowledgeable, easy going, great design sense. He plugged right into what we were looking for and made it happen. As with many projects, we had a few glitches along the way- for example, the plumbing supply store had supplied a different sink for the kitchen than the one we told Brian we were getting- no problem-- a new panel and doors were ordered, all very easy. KCO is about a 45 minute drive for us- and I'd gladly drive there if I had another project to do.

We worked with Josh at the Southington store in selecting items we wanted for our kitchen remodel.  He listened to what we wanted and was helpful, patient and professional.  I was impressed with the good selection KKO had to choose from at prices for those with big or limited budgets.
