I thought they were fantastic. The guy came to the house when we were doing the staining ourselves. We told him that we had given up on it so he sent some men up and did it for us. It took them a couple of days to stain the windows. The men that came in to replace windows did them all in one day. They cleaned up after themselves fantastically. They did a great job. When I had them come out to give me a price, the guy wasn't pushy at all. He went along with whatever we wanted to do. We had somebody else at one time that I thought was pushy. We wanted to have a rollout window over the sink in the kitchen. He didn't think that was possible and said he would check. He called back a few days later before the windows were ordered and said that he could do that and there was no problem. He was fantastic to work with. I would recommend him. The price was about what anybody else's would be.
