"This customer is a joy to work with. He is open to suggestions and very flexible in terms of schedule. Makes the job go very smoothly and pleasant."
"I didn't walk away. I was forced to stop early fall because water was shut off--which I needed. I informed customer in spring I was very busy and had no idea when I could return. I also requested additional funds because the job was way over budget. Anyone who would consider me for a job is more then welcome to review my complete photo library of this job. I'm certain you would agree the workmanship was above average. Ill even give you address so you can do a drive by. For the record, these house are seasonal, no foundation, no heat. Very poorly built. I had to do a magic trick to try and bring this house back to life."
"This particular customer was a big problem for my firm. He manipulated the facts of the job with one main goal: NOT to pay for the work he contracted for. Thank goodness most customers are honest."
