quick 2 hour move which we were comfortable paying an extra hour for the 3 hour minimum. They then billed us for 5 hours which is ridiculous. Price was well beyond what they quoted us. This is not an honest company.

I used the company to pack and store my furniture and the later move from Connecticut to Virginia. Estimates made first for packing and moving to storage was 100% more expensive than estimated. The estimate for the move was again about  less than what I had to pay. Furthermore, my furniture arrived very banged up. I had about $2500 of broken objects. All my lamps were ripped apart and not to be assembled again. Several of the lamps' parts were missing altogether. The company felt very generous by refunding me $300. They refused to recognize the poor condition of my furniture simple on the base that they classified nearly all my household items and furniture as worn, damaged, and faded at the time of packing. Yes it was in a poor state, but only after the move and handling by Flynn.
Therefore, I advise to be very careful if doing business with this company. I certainly will NEVER do anything with them again.

I WAS VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. WHILE THEY WERE MOVING OUR STUFF, THEY WERE NOT CAREFUL WITH OUR THINGS. THEY WERE VERY CARELESS ABOUT IT, HIT THINGS INTO WALLS. AND THEY WERE RUDE AND I PAID TOO MUCH.
