Sue and Mark exceeded our expectations. Our dog Shamus is loving his new freedom. Would highly recommend them and will be calling them back when we get our dog a new friend to romp with.If not sooner to rope off our pond which Shamus loves to get muddy in.

We hired DogWatch in 2011 to install invisible fencing around our property. We researched several other companies and had two other companies give us estimates but ultimately chose DogWatch because of their superior product and reasonable price. They were punctual and professional with installation and did a great job training our dog. Over the years we have had this fence we have had to have two repairs made due to cuts in the wire. Both times when I called, Sue returned my call promptly and the repair was made within a few days. The charges were reasonable (approximately $95 each time). The collar lasted two years before the battery needed to be changed, and I was able to purchase the battery through Amazon for a very reasonable price. I have no complaints.

Mark and Sue are very knowledgable, professional and caring individuals. Mark took his time to walk our yard, suggest system design, and explain the differences between Dog Watch and Invisible Fence solutions. Mark responded to follow up questions we had very timely. Sue must be a dog wisperer as she and our dog really connected right from the start. Our training was delayed due to the snow we received through out February. However payment was not due until after successful training They know and obviously love dogs! Carlos, their installer, is equally professional and quality focused.

Mark came out and gave a price that clearly beat out the competitors. After deciding to go with this company they were out to the house promptly, installed the fence and got right to the job of training up the dogs (Sue did this). The first day we had a problem with the dogs collar going off when inside the house. Gave them a call and they came out promptly to move the underground wire so that there were no problems. We have had issues with batteries in the collars running out rather quickly. Mark has been great about replacing collar/receivers at no cost (as the batteries should not be wearing out that quickly).
I have nothing but great things to say about this company.

Mark came to my home within 1 day to give me an estimate for my .75 acre lot. His price was reasonable. He fully explained to me how the fence would work and how it would be installed. He and his assistant came to my home within a few days and installed the fence. There workmanship was neat and clean. If it weren't for the flags, you wouldn't even know that a wire had been installed. Susan then called me to schedule training sessions for my dog. She was always prompt. The training went fantastic. Overall I am very pleased with their service. My dog has NEVER broken through the invisible fence.

They are awesome. I couldn't believe how fast my dogs learned the boundaries. They were both off leash within 5 days. Both sue and mark are personable, accommodating and overall great people. I could not have been happier with this purchase. Plus they offer the best guarantees in the business-lifetime product and pet containment guarantee. Batteries need to be changed every 2 years which saves a lot. However, the money doesn't matter if my dogs are safe, which they are and I am a paranoid person! I feel extremely comfortable and at ease!
