Once they get the sale they are not interested in any problems you might have with the merchandise they sell you. They do not return calls in a timely fashion. When you try to tell them about an issue, they put it back on you They have ZERO Customer SERVICE! For anyone reading this go to a small Mom and Pop appliance store like SK Lavery. That's what we will be doing next time! There you get quality for a fair price and excellent customer service!

Had gotten prices from several stores and then went to CAFD. Their salesmen were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the areas that we had questions. Their pricing was as good, if not better than we found elsewhere. We were undergoing a major renovation and thus delivery of different components had to timed to fit our contractor's installation schedule. They were right on time with everything. I've purchased from them before and was very happy. Knowing that my contractor prefers them as well was meaningful to me. There was a minor issue with one appliance having a problem and this company was right on the ball scheduling a factory technician to replace the defective part within a week. would use them again in a second and would  recommend them to my friends.
