About us
Chad does most of the work but does use sub-contractors when needed such as, electrical, plumbing, E.T.C.. All the sub-contractors have had a long history with Chad's Buiding & Remodeling LLC. Proof of insurance for each of them is provided on each job as requested. Also a professional contract is created for each job that is given to the customer before the job starts so as to go over and fully understand. If there are any questions about it Chad is more than willing to go over it with the customers so they have a full understanding of it.
Services we offer
The company is qualified to do all phases of carpentry and siding. Also included is general contracting, for example when an addition, finished basement or new house is the project Chad is the only one you will deal with. He is in charge of the project.
