I would not recommend this company to anyone. We ordered custom drapes and were given a time frame that they would arrive. They said they should be in on time as they never have problems with this manufacturer. The time came and went. No drapes. They said the fabric was back ordered. So we waited some more. No drapes. The next excuse was that the material came in and it was defective so the company had to order new material. No Drapes. The interesting part of this was that they were very arrogant about the whole thing and could not have cared less about us as a customer. Their sales help seemed to have a "too bad go shop somewhere else attitude". So we did. Their order policy was no cancellations, but this was a case of non-delivery of product on a charge card so it was simple. After three months it was give us a refund or we would contest the charge through our credit card company. They did not have a leg to stand on. Stay away from this company at least on special orders.
