BRIAN MALLEY ROOFING

Brian was a joy to work with as were all of his staff and contractors. He was meticulous and detailed orientated and ensured that the house was clean after each days work. I would hire him again and highly recommend him. I am sure that any work he agrees to perform will be in a similar manner and of the highest quality.

An inspection had been done by a new homeowners insurance carrier. I received correspondence from them stating that because of some broken shingles on the roof they would not insure the house. I panicked and feared that I was going to be faced with an expensive roof repair. I called Brian and he came out two days later to inspect the roof. To my relief he told me that there was just a small area with some crumbled shingles . He actually repaired them that day. He did point out some other minor work that I may want to have done at a later date but did not pressure me to have it done now. As a senior citizen, I am usually wary of repairmen trying to and quot;pull the wool over my eyesand quot;. However, I trust Brian completely and would definitely hire him for any other work I needed done. In my opinion, he is both professional and trustworthy.

HE DID A GREAT JOB. MY HOUSE LOOKS A LOT BETTER AND IT STANDS OUT FROM ALL THE OTHER HOUSES ON THE STREET. HE WAS ON TIME, EVEN IF IT WAS RAINING. THEY WOULD STAND THERE UNTIL IT STOPPED.
