Not well. The caulking all around my shower needs to be redone after a little over a year (one year and four months) - very poor job. The caulking should last at least a few years, probably closer to five years. There were about three guys working on the tile in this bathroom at once, conversing with each other in another language, probably not concentrating a lot on the job. The plumber left me with a brand new toilet that didn't work. I had to get another plumber to come in and find and fix the problem that he could not be bothered to fix. Come to find out, the top of the new toilet and the bottom of the toilet were mismatched. (I did ask for reimbursement from the plumber for that day and received it.) After Mr. Montero completed his part of the job, he cleaned up and walked out, leaving me with a toilet that didn't work - my problem to figure out. However, the job was not complete. Also, I was told to purchase way too much paint. Now I have all this paint leftover and don't know what to do with it. You are only as good as the people you have working for you. As the person that is overseeing everything, inspecting everyones's work and quality control is imperative. Big disappointment over 20,000 dollars later.

Great. Did an excellent job. Covered floors and counters to prevent damage. Left work area clean. Very satisfied with outcome.

They were very nice, very good and easy to work with.

Walter was prompt, efficient and cleaned up the workspace nicely. It was necessary to remove baseboards and trim to complete the repair but everything was back in place as if it hadn’t been touched when the job was finished. The floor looks like new.

Mr Montero and his crew demo'd and built two new porches for me, Their expertise and attention to detail was appreciated. Both porches are both very well designed and constructed. They will last and be enjoyed for years to come.
