Everything went so smooth. I found Modern Solar to be highly professinal, attention to details.

We live in Northern California. Our house doesn't have natural gas, so everything works with electricity. Our average monthly bill was around $500 a month. We had few estimates to go solar. But then, I heard from one of our relatives on the east coast, that they were very pleased and had a good experience with Modern Solar which had installed them a solar PV system. The company happens to also service CA. So we contacted the Modern Solar branch in California. They came to our home, did all the measurements and listened to us and our needs. We had the proposal the same day for American made products at a very competitive price, it was less than the two earlier estimates which would have installed foreign made products. Shortly after our acceptance, we had the design for 90% supply generation along with all engineering calculations required for the system in our area. They came to our home and finished the job in very short time. They got the system online and running and handled all the incentive work for us. We have had our system for over 9 months. The system they installed for us is producing more electricity than we were anticipating. They told us, the reason is because of the high quality micro inverters and high efficiency American made PV panels. We are very pleased to have made the right decision choosing Modern Solar as the contractor for our solar project. We recommend this company and would hire them again to expand our system if we decide to go with new electric cars.

The company sales staff contacted me and explained that there was a great opportunity to cash in on a great state incentive as well as a tax bonus from the federal government that would cut the installation cost by approximately 57%. Naturally I was interested so I asked more questions and each question was answered with knowledge backed up by charts and calculations that proved to me the level of experience and the professionalism of this company. I was told that in order to make best use of the solar panels i would benefit more from a smaller system (rated for 80%) of my total energy needs and a 6 KW system. I was at peak production of 90% + for the 12 month production from December of 2012-December of 2013. Very happy with the purchase. Modern Solar definitely made it easy for us to make the right decision.

It went great, from start to finish. We worked with Edmund and his father Moe. They run a family business with integrity and are knowledgeable about what they're doing. Everything went smoothly and was taken care of professionally. We pay nearly nothing for power now. They handled the design, the permits, the incentives and the installation. They're great people to work with and have become friends of ours in the community. I highly recommend them.

Mand S Construction did a good job. I felt confident that they were completing the task in a workmanship-like manner, and that I was not being overcharged. Mo, the owner, communicated well with me when the workers discovered that the roof had suffered more water damage than originally thought, and proposed a good way to save me money on the extra materials that were required. I only have two complaints: 1) Mo said he'd have his and quot;stucco guyand quot; come the next week to repair some stucco on the side of the house that had been damaged (not by Mo's guys, but by the rain that was seeping in through the faulty roof), but the guy never came and my reminder calls went unheeded; and 2) There were lots of bits of roofing material and nails left around the yard. But all-in-all, I would recommend Mand S Construction.

Overall everything turned out great...loved all the improvements to my condo and Moe and his worker were very professional, efficent and clean.

I was completely satisfied with everything they did. Mossen Shadman was the person we dealt with. He came out and gave us an estimate. We got three estimates and his was not only the lowest, but he also brought to attention other work that possibly may need to be done. The other construction people did not even bring all that to our attention. We appreciated what they did. We hired them and he came and started the work at seven in the morning. They were pretty much done my five that afternoon. They tore the whole roof off and put a new one. They put a torch down roof for us. He came back the next day and did some touching up that was needed. He was on time, honest, and he had the highest integrity. They did a fantastic job. We are completely satisfied. I will most definitely use them again.

M and S Construction CO quikly identified the cause and resolved the issue in my Bathroom. Mossen Shadman is a true expert in the field and his prompt action and quality of work far surpassed my expectations. We will definitely utilize his company for any future home repair projects.

Called Moe to see if he could meet us that day and arrived early to give us an estimate on the original work we wanted done. We called him again for another estimate on a Saturday and again he arrived early. Moe emailed us the estimates within two days of meeting with him. Moe was very punctual and friendly with everything. The best contractor we have worked with or seen. All of his employees displayed great safety techniques and were courteous. There were no surprises that were not handled professionally and in a timely manner. M and S Construction insisted on quality work through out the job, NO Shortcuts! M and S Construction is the company that you would send to work on your mother's house. Excellent!

I got the number from Angie's List and spoke with Moe. He was very pleasant and professional on the phone. They came and gave me an estimate and set up a time line for the job to be completed. I requested that they add gates and 3 bars across the back of the fence to make it durable. Throughout the whole process they were very easy to communicate with and very professional. They educated me on what they were doing the whole time; there was no surprises. When the job was over, they cleaned everything up. They followed through with everything they said they would! My neighbors even had them do work because they were so impressed. Overall the company did a great job! They are a great company with very good experience in the construction field.

This is my first home and I'm really happy to have found Moe as my contractor. He walked me through the whole process and answered all my questions. Moe always had great suggestions and was extremely knowledgeable on everything we talked about. The project went smoothly, and at the end of each day the job site was clean. I'm very happy with the finished results and would recommend Moe to anyone who's looking for an honest contractor.
