It went flawlessly, Jim was here on time, he did the work for a great price and the heating / AC is still working perfectly. I've even run into him a time or 2 locally and had some quick questions for him and he has always been great about answering them for me. I'd use him in the future if I have any work of this sort that needs to be done.

I took 10 bids and Jim's was by far the most impressive individual of the 10. He brought in the necessary trades, plumber and electrician, per the contract. Very good price, excellent quality and excellent follow up to confirm that the work was completed. Highly recommended.
