Jefferson and his crew were very focused in all aspects of the job. We are highly satisfied with the job they did and their attention to details!

LIAR and DISHONEST. He was very nice when asked for quotes and answers all questions. Mainly hired for new roofs repair and gutter. We agreed on including the gutter with an added price. I said to Jefferson **I am not hiring you unless the gutter is included**. I paid half the money before starting the job. At the finishing period, I was told a **run-through** with pictures. Found out, through pictures, that half of the gutters were unfinished. I was not gonna give the final payment until he completely finished the job but Jefferson promised to come back and we even made him sign stating that he will. I called him so many times and texted but he would always give an excuse: **no time**, or **gutter is not included in the contract**. We went back and forth **we are busy and we are very far** I was told. I even told him, during our last phone conversations, that **I will pay you for the materials and your time** he agreed to this and was gonna give me a measurement of the gutter so I could go ahead and buy them. But, he never complied with this promise. Very unhappy and not satisfied with these dealings. Will file a business complaint with the state

Jefferson was absolutely fabulous he handled and answered all our questions. He was very helpful in making recommendations and explaining every detail of what would be done. His abilities as a businessman Was above board with out any doubt. His crew were very focused and kept their work completely in order of process. Our roof looks absolutely AWESOME! We are totally pleased!

I hired Jefferson to build a deck, the work was okay, the problem is the deck needed to be permitted, which was stated in the contract Jefferson will pick up, so I held half the money, he got a hold of me told me he had the approval and the permit, I paid him, I asked for a copy, he said he will email it to me, never got one, every time I call Jefferson he always has an excuse, I called the building department and they said a permit was never pulled. Did not get a permit even though he said he did. I finished work, however, the permit has not gotten. There was an issue with the permit because of setbacks. Was able to get an exception to the setback, but now claims no money for the permit or is able to finish and claiming to be going back to his country. We were able to recoup the additional monies laid out to finish the deck plus court costs If he ever shows up in the USA again. DO NOT hire.

Jefferson's customer service is great and he is professional at the way he does the job and interest he took. Very interested in pleasing us and getting us what we were looking for, We appreciate him and he was great with the job and treats his customers excellent.

Jefferson was easy to work with and receptive to my concerns. They built a brand new deck and came back to make an adjustment when I asked. The deck looks great and I m really happy with it.

Jefferson was a great contractor and so was the quality of his work.

I needed several repairs done to the siding on my house. All the holes, dents, cracks and missing pieces of siding were all repaired and replaced. Excellent service that I highly recommend.

I hired this company to do the roof on my house. Although the final cost was higher than the original estimate because of circumstances out of their control, they also repaired a screen and a light fixture that were damaged during the job. They always communicated with me when they found something in need of more attention, and still managed to keep the cost within our budget.

These guys were great did great job patching my roof. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Jefferson is a great guy & very pleasant. He also told me he does more than fix roofs so I intend to call him today to see if he can help me with another project I have.

Jefferson was very pleasant to work with. He fixed a leaking skylight. He explained everything he was doing, took pictures of what was wrong and what they did to fix it. Went above and beyond by applying silicone to anything that had a crack or my leak and become a problem in the future. Very neat and clean! I will definitely use him again!!!
