Guy responded very quickly. He was professional and efficient. Problem now resolved thanks to Guy!  Wish I had known of Guy when I was looking for the original plumbing work, and I'm glad I know of him now.

The service involved 3 visits.  He was extremely responsive, available to me and fast. His prices were reasonable.  I would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

We recently bought our first home and we didn't have a plumber that we had worked with in the past. Our toilet broke early one morning- the gasket between the tank and the bowl blew. Of course, the valve at the wall was seized and we had no way to shut off the water. I was cleaning up about 1/4" of water on the floor every half hour or so. I called Guy based off of the reviews on Angieslist. I had actually called another plumber on here first who had more reviews and it happens that he was the plumber that regularly serviced our house under the previous homeowner but that plumber didn't get back to me timely enough for my situation. So, I called Guy and receptionist was able to get him on the phone. He was on another job but walked me through the steps to shut off the water from the basement (we are first time homeowners so we didn't know!) Then, he was at my house within an hour and a half and repaired the broken valve. He also took the time to teach me a little about our system and what to do in case of emergencies in the future. I thought his fee of $100 was more than fair considering he was there so urgently and really took a good amount of time. I will definitely be calling him first in the future.
On a side note, the first plumber that I called left me a message about 5 hours after I called him stating he could be there mid-week the following week. Thank goodness for Guy!

I had been referred to Guy by a friend who recommended him because he is honest, reasonably priced, and does his work efficiently, wasting little time. This was exactly my experience. I left a message and he called back within two days. We made an appointment for the next week. He looked at all of the work, gave me one estimate if he picked up the new toilets but pointed out that I could probably get a better price if I got them myself at a home improvement store, which I did. I called him when I got the toilets, he came within a few days and did all the work. It was all done correctly the first time, no complaints or issues at all. When he gave me the bill, I asked him if he hadn't forgotten something.
