You have to schedule with them via phone (I prefer email access), but otherwise, they are the company that did our inspection when we bought the place, and we have them service/pump it every time we need to. The woman who does the scheduling is super friendly and helpful, you don't have to be home for the pump - they just leave the receipt and later send an invoiced bill. And you get a reminder postcard with your last-serviced date each year.
We'll keep coming back to them until we move away! :)
the work was needed, options to resolve septic issues, and answers to
questions. There was a range of solutions from basic, yet good quality
long lasting solutions to as the less expensive to newer septic
technology that was more costly.
Once the work started it was done promptly and in a good manner. Work was completed in schedule.
My only observation was that in the initial period after contacting the
company there wasn't the best responsiveness and communication from the
company in getting back to us. There was a legitimate justification with
this because of a serious illness in the owner's immediate family.
