Not good... James was by far the rudest mechanic I have ever talked to. No paying client should ever be made to feel stupid for asking questions about the work done on their vehicle, especially when the final cost is over 40% higher than the quote. The awful thing was that nobody called to inform/update me of the increase until after the work was done. Also, if the mechanic is going to get upset and make wise comments when a client asks for the parts that were removed from the vehicle, then he should remove the question from the sheet you need to fill out when dropping off the car which asks the client if they would like to keep the parts. I recommend bringing your car somewhere else for service.

They were extremely friendly and accommodating in their dealings. The only reason I did not rate them an A was that when they brought my car out there were tape marks on the door and they had to take it back to the garage and clean it up. It would have been better if they took the time to completely check the car before hand. In their defense, they seemed to be very, very busy.

I told Classic Coach Works what I wanted in terms of price and they did what I wanted. Their quality and professionalism were excellent.

I have a couple of mustangs. They have done a lot of stuff because whenever I get a little ding or something, once a year I always get them fixed. My cars are perfect. I give these guys a lot of business and they do a real good job. Their work is absolutely impeccable. They are very friendly people and easy to deal with. They are not the cheapest but they are excellent and they keep my Mustangs safe. I cannot think of anything that they have ever done that I can complain about.
