I hired Chris to relandscape the patio at my condo. They effectively removed all the dead plants and planted some others. However, I specifically asked for plants that offered some nice color. A few of them did have some color though I had to wait sometime for the color to emerge which was fine. However, after a few weeks all the pedals with the color fell off and never returned. Worse yet, he said that everything would be largely easy to maintain. This was the real shocker! Within a short period of time the entire garden was totally overrun with weeds to such an extent that I could not deal with it. I tried to reach out to him to discuss want could be done but he never responded. I thought that was highly unprofessional. In keeping with this, I could not recommend him.

When Chris responded to my SOS for landscaping help he continued with timely emails until today when he performed the work. Arrived on time and completed everything on my To Do list. The trimmed shrubbery and mulched areas were handled with care and left tidy. Will definitely hire to do some tree maintenance come winter. Thanx, Chris!

Shrub Trimming or Removal Service
Chris is a very diligent, talented owner. He did all of the shrub/tree trimming on my property which was pretty overgrown. He took time explaining to me the danger to the plants if cut back too much in this very hot weather rather than risk harming the live plants. I hold him in high regard for going the extra steps. I had never used him before and have much experience being a long time property owner. He is one in a million.

I highly recommend Black Birch Tree and landscaping. Chris is very easy going, fair priced, punctual and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and more. I had him come do pruning, mulch and fertilizing and he did an excellent job. Very pleased on how the project turned out. Chris uses pet and well safe products so you donâ t have to worry about anyone getting sick from chemicals. Couldnâ t be happier working with this company.
