Jovan and Shawn Hatten are the owners of this business. My neighbor across the street had these guys replace his roof in late April. My wife and I liked the job they did on his roof, and decided to get a quote from them to replace ours. It had been something we knew needed to be done soon. We got a free estimate from them, which was VERY reasonable, and knew the quality of the work they did from the house across the street. After talking to some friends about the estimate, and what we were dealing with, I got a general consensus of "I wouldn't even shop the price around!" So, we decided to have them out to do the roof. They have been fantastic to work with. Like most renovations on an old house (built 1923), you can almost always expect issues to crop up, and we've had a few.  They have worked with us on keeping within our budget constraints on the unexpected issues like finding a fourth layer of hidden shingles on the main roof and discovering that the roofing slats had 1/2" to 3/4" gaps. Outside of the constant hammering, which is to be expected, the whole process has been relatively painless. Their professionalism is exceptional. Everyone on the crew is polite and courteous. I can't say enough good things about the overall experience, and I would highly recommend Hatten Renovations to anyone who is considering a new roof.
