Nick from Fence One came out for an estimate and offered several options. Had 2 8x8 existing gate posts which I wanted to used. Called another company first, they told me it couldn't be done they needed to be removed and new 4x4 post insted. The gate is 12' wide and this with 4x4 posts sure I thought. Fence One had no problems using the the existing 8x8 posts yes it was pricy cause it's mainly used in comercial aplications but was totally OK with that. In addition they constructed an galvanized frame where fence panels where attached. The crew worked in to the night with LED sopt lights cause I have 2 dogs and couldn't be with out a gate. So they made it temporarily work, and came back the following day to complete it. I'm more then pleased with Fence One they are true craftsmans and stand behind there product. Getting a quote for an additional 140' fence on my property and hope to have it installed next year.

Dont ever use fence one for your fencing needs, Zero communication in this company, they took a month to start my fence job they did a shoty job trying to get them back to fix the problems was like pulling teeth and I hadn't paid them in full. I emailed them texted and talked to them on the phone they wanted to get paid but I wanted the fence correctly installed the gate the bottom was 3 inches off from the top the fence was crooked and the oner Al come out to look at it one day and turns to me and says " I should never take the small jobs" then looks at the problems and says to me "how do you want me to fix it".. just a very poor company to deal with all around it took 3 weeks after the owner came out to get it corrected..

I got several quotes, and Fence One was the best, so I contracted with them. It took a few weeks to sort out a start time due to materials being delivered late to them, but once they got materials on site, they finished professionally and quickly with a lovely fence for my home and secure for the dogs.

Met with Al on 4/21/14 agreed upon price and agreed on putting the fence up in 3 weeks from that date. I told him we were selling our house and having many other things done and we needed the fence done before these other 2 projects were complete. He said no problem. May 12th no fence one. So I gave them an extra week. I gave Al a call on the next Monday. He tells me he's right down the street at another job and he'll be over today. I tell him I'll be home all day. He never shows or calls. Tuesday morning I call him. Al tells me he got tied up with something, but he'll be out today. I tell him I'll be home and we need to get this going because I have other people coming out to do work. He never shows or calls again. Now, I'm mad. I hate when people lie. If your running another week late, don't just keep lying and wasting my time. So I give myself a day to cool and I call again on Thursday. I get a lady named Karen, who tells me my job ain't even on their board and she didn't know anything about the job. Now, I don't want the fence. I tell her I want my deposit back and I'm done. She tells me she'll call me back and she does. Miracle! She tells me they'll be out Monday and it will take 3 days to finish the job. Monday May 26th 2 young guys show up, not with a auger but a post hole digger. (I asked Al to put the post in 4 feet he said they went 3 feet with the post and they will use and Auger.) where we live the soil is super Sandy and has lots of rocks. The young men putting the fence in were polite and honest and told me they had an auger, but they weren't able to bring it and the soil was so hard they could get the post in maybe 2 feet. If you walk over and touch the fence it rocked. A breeze will probably take it out and they didn't even butt the fence at the corners you can see the post at the corner. When they put the poles in for the cement they either didn't put enough cement or let it cure because that fence is also very loose. It took a week and a half for them to show up with the gates and when he did they were 2 feet too big and it took a week for him to bring the correct gate. We wanted the fence fixed where they screwed up, but did not want to deal with these guys again. We called another company who showed up the next day and told us the whole thing should be redone. They re-cemented the poles for the vinyl fence for us because the fence was leaning forward after the gates were put in.

The were supposed to start the job 2 weeks after the contract was signed, but didn't. Had to stay on top of them. The job was to take 1.5 days and turned into 4 days (I will give him 4 hours due to rain). Upon completion, June 1, he said they'd be back within 3 - 4 weeks once it had settled to finish the job. I told him "we're on vacation the week of July 1, that would be perfect". The following day, I sent an email to the office reminding them I was on the calendar the first week of July (by the way, I've already paid the entire 10,000 at this point - MY BAD).  That week came and went, sent messages - everything went unanswered.  I filed a claim with the BBB and they arrived on 8/3/2013 to finish the job.  UNBELIEVABLE.  Time management and customer service they lack in!!!  If you have all the time in the world and don't pay for something until THE ENTIRE JOB IS DONE, then they will do just fine.

Fence product is excellent.  Unfortunately, we had to remind THEM that we had a date to install the fence.  When contacted, they could not find our paperwork and did not know they were to install the fence by Memorial Day, which was written on the initial contract.  We had to call back twice to get info on scheduling. They were not proactive with us at all.

Fence One came out for a quote and we were satisfied with their timing and quoted price.  We were told that when we sent in the deposit, it would take approx. 3-4 weeks to get the fence in.  After waiting 5 weeks we had not heard from them, so we called asking the status.  They indicated it would be another 2 weeks, due to backlog and weather.  In another 2 weeks, we still did not hear, so we inquired again.  They again said about another week.  The following week we called again, and they said they would come out that evening to mark the fence line.  They did come out to mark the fence line.  It was another week until they began to install the fence.  So..it was actually 8 weeks before the fence install began.
The installers put part of the fence in and said they would be back the following day to complete the job.  When they did not come back the next day, I called the owner displaying my dissatisfaction with their communications and that we should not have had to contact them so many times and they should inform their clients of any delays.  I guess they were shorthanded, but it doesn't matter.  Quality providers should communicate delays, explain status and keep promises. They finished the job the next day.
Although I am satisfied with the fence overall, and the company reduced some costs for my troubles, I would only recommend them, knowing that you would need to directly monitor the job.

I set up the appointment with Al back in early June. He said the work would be 3 weeks out. As the 5th week neared I began to get anxious. I needed the fence done before I left on vacation because of problems with my neighbor. I spent many an anxious day trying to get a hold of Al- his phone did not work for a weekend, and his office called to cancel a few times. Also, he made promises of doing the job a few times, that did not happen.

However, Patrick came today and the job was completed in a very professional manner, and all the men were extremely courteous and hardworking.

In the future I would allot more time for these jobs. I understand that the weather was uncompromising, however I was nervous due to the neighbor as well. I was misinformed by Al because he made me promises that he did not keep. I think I would have been less anxious if he had just admitted that he could not do the job for 2 months instead of 3 weeks. Also, it would have helped if I could have gotten a hold of Al or Patrick in a more responsive manner. Both their phones seem to be malfunctioning...

I called for someone to come give me an estimate and they were able to come within a few days and showed up when they said they would.  After I accepted their estimate, they installed the fence on the day they said they would and it was finished within one day.  They were also able to work around some other work being done at my house (house painting and driveway being repaved).  I was very pleased with the work they performed.  No problems at all.  They were prompt and responsive at every turn.  When I replace another section of fence next year I will call them again.

Fence One was recommended via the Home Depot web site.  Al Kupchunos, the owner of Fence One arrived to scope out the project & provide an estimate. While onsite I asked if he could repair the 2 gates of my existing chain link fence. Al included this work in the estimate. He also said they would trim all the existing tree branches that were in the proposed fence's path & haul away all the debris. Al was very personable & helpful regarding where & how the fence should be installed. I agreed on the spot to have them do the work.
About a week & 1/2 later Al's son Pat called & said they could do the work that day. Within a 1/2 hour of his call the crew arrived. There were about 6 to 8 people at any one time in the crew. Pat walked me thru how the work would proceed. They had all the equipment needed, bobcat, tree trimmers, etc. Everyone was very courteous and professional.  They had some good ideas regarding how  the fence should be run & I went with their suggestions. To repair the chain link gates they had to remove the old concrete base & sink a new one, remove & re install the gates, & one section of the fence. Once again they had all the needed materials on site to complete the job.  They did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves very well. Overall, the entire process took about 4 hours.
The next day Pat came by to make sure I was satisfied with the work & see if I had any questions.
I am totally pleased with their work & would hire them again without question should the need arise.

Ai came to give an estimate on the day promised - days after my initial phone contact. The price was very good much less than estimates from big box stores. His crew showed up on the day promised and installed the fence posts. As promised they returned 2 days later and installed the fence. The crew was professional and courteous. They cleaned up thoroughly after completing the installation. I am very pleased with the entire experience and the end product.

They did an excellent job.  They completed the whole project in a day and a half.  It was pretty impressive.  They were local and basically they could get the job done quickly.  They were quick to start.  Some of the other companies that I've had come out didn't have enough man power to be doing the project quickly but Fence One did.  I think they were very professional.  I would highly recommend them.  They were very fair on the price and actually came a little under than some of the other people.  The only problem I had is sometimes getting to know when they would actually be coming.  There was a delay in getting the project done but apparently they were very busy.  When they did come out, they started and got the work done in a day and a half.  Once they were out here, they answered all my questions and I was right up there the whole time.  They knew what they were doing.  I was very pleased overall.

The job went very poorly right after signing the contract and paying the deposit. Although the job was to be started and finished within 2 weeks of contract signing, it took 2 months and that was only by constantly calling requesting the work to be started/finished. After half the job was finished, the salesman called and said the job was more extensive than he quoted and requested $1,000 more. After refusing to pay, they did come and complete the job; however, the quality is horrendous. The paint on the chain link fence is peeling. The wire fence was not attached properly and I've had to reinforce it myself. And some of the rails have fallen out of the posts. Terrible workmanship and deplorable customer service.
