+ -1 moreCalled for service and had to wait a week and a half to two weeks for service tech appointment to come to house. Had Culligan for 35 years and service wait time progressively got worse over the years. Their business model is broken when it comes to customer service. It finally came to a head and I had their system completely removed and replaced with a competitors. I would never recommend Culligan or return to their business again. Their management never had the courtesy to contact me to find out why I cancelled their service or why I had their equipment removed.

+ -1 moreI needed a system that dealt with iron and acidity. My husband and I went through a few major systems and did not take care of the problem long term. Culligan said we could use an exchange tank. They came every month to exchange the tanks. One time they tried to sell me a new system and they left a valve closed and ruined my water heater. I pay $92.00 a month. And when I left to visit family they said I had to either pay the monthly fee or remove the tanks all together, even though I would not be using the system while away. The delivery guys were very nice!
Description of Work: I had a high concentration of iron.
