Within another 24 hours, Mr. Westbrook had repaired our laptop, eliminated many viruses, added a free and excellent antivirus application, showed us how to run it and left us with a smooth-running computer. His fee was more than reasonable. We even offered him more because he had spent so much time on this problem, but he refused and stuck with his estimate.
He was friendly, polite and very professional.
We recommend him highly and plan to use him whenever we have any problems with any of our computers.
