I'd advise new patients of two things: 1. Dr. Ross will always tell you the truth and he won't sugarcoat it. If you are looking for a vet who will tiptoe around your animal's medical issue, this is not your vet. He shoots straight with you and for me, this is a good thing although sometimes it can be a shock to the system when the news is not good. 2. The wonderful services come at a cost. It is not the cheapest vet I've ever been to, although the quality of care makes it worth it, to me.
