"Our company has never been notified of any such complaints or been made aware of anyones disatisfaction regarding any work we have completed. We've serviced hundreds of customers since 2004 and this would be the first and sole comment of its type in nature. We pride ourselves in our customer relations and customer service. No one working for our company smokes as its not allowed and signed in our company code of conduct agreement signed by everyone upon hire. If there was ever any disatisfaction caused by our company or anyone representing our company we would love to hear about it. This customer waited 2 years after we serviced her home to file a complaint and I find that very odd."
