Back in 2002 I had Bahler Brothers install paver walkways and a patio at my house. I was very pleased with their work and professionalism. Given their reputation and my experience with them, I contacted them once again to have walkway and patio restoration done last month. Once again, they proved to be first class in their work and intent on having me be toatlly satisfied. I highly recommend Bahler Brothers for their superior work and great people!

Excellent! They did an outstanding job. They were extremely helpful dealing directly with my insurance company for a damage replacement claim. They really went above and beyond. From the Admin to the construction, each and every single person we dealt with was professional, courteous, and enthusiastic about the project. They completed the project on time and the work was truly top shelf. So thankful that I chose this company for the job! It looks beautiful and sound! And I'm hard to please!

We hired Bahler Brothers in the summer of 2015 to install a patio in our back yard.  This was a very large project which needed a lot of coordination between a deck contractor, the company putting a pavilion in and also the store that we purchased a pre-fabricated fireplace and cooking island from.  Tom Bahler was our main point of contact and he was great to work with. On his first visit to our house he asked us a lot of questions on how we intended to use the patio and listened to our requirements.  Based on this he drew a sketch that was exactly what we were thinking.  At that point we knew this was the company to work with.  After a few meetings with Tom we had our patio stone, wall stone, and steps picked out.  In one meeting we met with Tom and Jen and saw the 3D rendering of the project and realized our pavilion was to close to deck.  They worked with us to move it to a better location.  When the construction began Josh Bahler was assigned as the project manager.  We couldn?t have asked for a nicer guy.  He was awesome with answering our questions and making adjustments as needed.  He also coordinated timing of things with the company installing the pavilion and the deck contractor. The patio was completed in a timely manner and the quality of work is amazing.  Our experience with Bahler Brothers was above and beyond our expectations.  We highly recommend this company.

The job is costly but worth it. In the first (2) projects, they have been extremely punctual and awesome at what they do.

All dealings with this contractor were very professional.  The sales rep came out promptly as scheduled.  He answered all our questions and brought samples out for us to review.  We were having our driveway paved as well (around the paver stones) and Bahler Bros. coordinated with the hardtop company for us - we didn't have to get involved.  The quality and workmanship was excellent.  The workers were professional and polite and cleaned up the site afterwards.  We are very happy with the results.

The Bahler Brothers work is superior. Brad's design was thoughtful and attentive to the ideas I presented but unique and creative. The office staff was great, helping me chose just the right combination of pavers for our project. Each of the guys who worked to do the steps in the process on site was polite, friendly, and attentive to detail. The professionalism and craftsmenship that is put into such a seemingly simple project was amazing. We are thrilled with the results and have had great feedback from friends and neighbors. Without question we will use them again.

We can't say enough good things about this company.  When we first met with them, we had no vision for what we were trying to do - just some general ideas.  Jen and Brad were very patient with us as they put some of our ideas into a basic design sketch, followed by a formal design and a 3D rendering, which gave us confidence that we were making the right decision from a design standpoint.  We loved that we could see every detail of how the project would look before having to make final decisions.
We were equally pleased with the construction phase of the project.  What really impressed us was the amount of time and energy the guys put into the foundation and the stuff you don't see.  The quality of workmanship was top notch, from start to finish, and we could not be happier with the final result.
I would also add that the level of communication and responsiveness was excellent throughout the whole process.  Months have gone by since completion and they still follow up with us to make sure we're happy and everything is to our liking.

I first found Bahler Brothers online, submitted an inquiry form and they called within 24 hours. I set up and appointment with Jen in the office. I showed up with a fairly detailed drawing, photos and measurement. She spent 2 1/2 hours with me reviewing my desired design, helping to improve it, thinking through the draining issues and looking at materials. No fee for this session. At the end, she presented me with a drawing (much better than mine) and an approximate quote. We scheduled an on-site consultation with Brad who came out a couple of days later to validate measurements and determine the best way to create the desired steps up to the pool and handle the drainage needs. Both Brad and Jen were very friendly, full of good ideas and helpful but not pushy. 
Brad came out on Monday.  On Wednesday of the same week I went back into the office and put down a deposit.  At that time Jen had a teleconference with my general contractor to make sure we could coordinate the scheduling of pouring post footings before the excavation team arrived as well as instructions for the necessry height of the footings.  We completed a contract over the next couple of days (I was out of town on business)  and the work began the following Thursday.  Lloyd led the excavation process and he did a fantastic job and was super nice.  He piled excess soil where I wanted it, had to move a bush to accommodate steps and put that where I asked him to and he took care to work around the temporary porch supports and pool.  When he left, he rolled out and smoothed the ruts and deep marks left by his trucks in our lawn, and then he roughly raked the grass  in the area so it looked better.  These guys even took paper towels and went around wiping the mud (it was rainy that day) off the frost board where the excavating had kicked up some dirt!
Excavation was completed on Friday and the paving crew came first thing Monday morning.  Most of the patio was complete on Monday but the weather was threatening more rain and apparently it is inadvisable to put sand the polymeric sand in the rain so they came back Tuesday morning to finish off one small area and to sweep in the polymeric sand.  The four guys who did this worked very efficiently and well and cleaned up after they left.  They did leave a couple of ruts in the lawn (messing up what Lloyd had so nicely fixed), but in their defense, it was quite muddy and the ground was soft - too soft for dump trucks.  Overall they did a fabulous job.  I'm still marveling at the speed and professionalism of the whole operation.

We decided to do a complete overhaul of our front and side yard. We put out numerous requests for bids and Bahler Bros. were the only ones that were consistent with design and feedback. Since the first day we called they were very friendly and always professional. We have broken up our project and the first stage came out great. Phil and his team did an amazing job and he has an eye for landscaping like no other. We look forward to completing our project with Bahler Bros. and recommend them to anyone else.

They were very professional and responded to my many inquiries/emails.  The job was completed quickly and on schedule - just before the first snow.  The patio and walls held up very well considering the heavy snow received during the winter of 2010/2011.  Plan to use them in the future for front walkway, steps and possibly driveway.

Just a pleasure to work with . Professional and considerate of any disruptions caused by work. A beautiful job that makes us smile every time we go outside.

Excellent!! These guys know what they're doing. Very professional and timely. Cost was higher than other estimates but well worth it. They worked with my specifications involving multiple levels and a corner planter. When we called them back about paver color issue, they returned in a reasonable time, and corrected the issue. I highly recommend this company.
