The section of the house looks like new!  He corrected mistakes of previous painters. 
The process of removing the aluminium windows and awnings revealed places where water was leaking in to the wood surface.  Those areas are now painted and sealed against future water leakage.
If you want it done right call hin.  Quick and slap dash and cheap he is not.

Excellent. All the work was done in a timely manner with good materials at a reasonable cost. I have used DIII several times and each time the work has been quality at reasonable cost.
