Please save your money and go to a reliable contractor. This contractor did my roof in 5/2020. In 10/2022, only 2 and a half years later, shingles fell off my roof. I reached out to the owner, Brian, and his wife Allison responded. (Side note: the only time I ever heard from Brian was when he was trying to land the sale and before he got my money. Once he got my money I never saw or heard from him again. He did not even come look at the job his crew had done.) Anyway, they sent their crew out some time in November to fix the shingles. Then in 9/2023, more shingles fell off. Again I emailed Brian and got a response from his wife, Allison. Since this was the 2nd time in 3 years that this had happened I asked Allison to have the roof inspected and for the issue to be rectified. Initially she was polite and professional and stated she would have the job foreman inspect the roof. Unfortunately, it took a bit longer to have someone come out this time but they did finally send someone out to have the shingles repaired. When I asked about whether the roof was inspected I got quite the rude reply back from Allison. I left it alone hoping the issue would not happen again. Now it is 4/2025, not even a full 5 years since the roof was replaced and more shingles have fallen off. This is the third time in 5 years. This time around when I asked them to repair and inspect the roof. I received the email which I have posted stating that the business has closed. The reply came 4 hours after my email was sent so it was certainly NOT an automated reply. Also, if I check online, the business appears to be open and still running. I have all our email correspondence saved as well as the signed contract which states that there is a lifetime warranty on labor and material. I should state that I do have a steep roof called a Mansard roof and according to my own research, this type of roof requires careful installation, often involving extra nails and sealing to ensure durability. I can confidently say that my roof did not get the proper installation which a reputable contractor would have been able to do. I am so disappointed in this company and cannot believe people have no pride in their work or their businesses these days. Update: This man, Brian Sarisley, has now indeed closed his business and opened it in another name. I read another review where the person stated that he had done the same thing to him.

Had to have them come out multiple times to repair the work. No permit was ever taken out for the work with the town. Last time they called we were told they were out of business. Had a reputable company take care of us after this

While the roof appears to have been done well, sometime after payment, 2 discrepancies were discovered that Brian took responsibility for, but then repeatedly refused to rectify them. These discrepancies are: -failed to repair & shingle over a small hole under the roof overhang above front porch; -failed to report that his workers smashed a plate glass tabletop stored in the carport. After being confronted with pictures of the damage, only then did he accept responsibility; meaning he was hoping to avoid paying for it if I did not discover the damage, or did nothing about it. He asked for an estimate which I supplied-$205.99. Over the next 2 yrs I sent him emails, and at least 2 Priority Mail delivery confirmation letters, each time with the estimate-the last in June of this year, but received no reply. I also had an attorney write him about this, again with no effect, and no response. It is regrettable that Mr. Sarisley is not honest, and prefers to cheat his customers if he can get away with it. I can not, and will not, therefore, recommend him, nor use him again. I am writing this without benefit of job paperwork, so the $$ amount is estimated from my best recollection. It doesn't matter. Hire someone who is honest. This man isn't. The address of the work was 17 Spring St, Windsor, Ct
